What is Medicare Part E? Medicare Part E is part of the 116th Congress (2019-2020) H.R. 2463 - Choose Medicare Act Bill. Rep Don Beyer and Jimmy Gomez, and Brendan Boyle introduced this bill on Friday the 13th, 2021. This bill creates a new Medicare program available to everyone who is not already eligible to be on Medicare or Medicaid.
